Wilmslow based software company launches new virtual sales platform

Wilmslow native All In The Loop has launched the new sales enablement platform, File Channels. The platform creates interactive Channel links that can be included in emails to prospects. Sales teams can easily record custom video and upload documents to the Channels, real time alerts are received when content is accessed allowing instant engagement.

Based in the heart of Wilmslow, All In The Loop has been a notable member of the local business community since its foundation in 2015. The technology developer specialises in virtual, hybrid and in-person events solutions and supports thousands of clients across 45 countries.

All In The Loop first launched an internal version of File Channels in mid-2021, to overcome the disruptive effects of COVID-19. With hundreds of prospects now working from home, it became clear new business tools were needed to efficiently engage with prospects.

The outreach and sales teams at All In The Loop, who were early adopters of Zoom back in 2016, began using the File Channels platform to contact, communicate and build rapport with potential clients. This proved a resounding success, with the total number and frequency of meetings rising dramatically and close rates exceeding all previous targets.

Director of Operations at All In The Loop, Lawrence Gillward, said: “File Channels has proven to be a fantastic resource for our outreach and sales teams, who now get instant responses from potential clients and have more successful interactions with them.

“The ability to add recorded video greetings to email with chat and instant video calling all in one link is significantly more efficient than static email attachments.”
