The Wilmslow event solutions company lifting the sector out of lockdown

Wilmslow based All In The Loop, has garnered global acclaim over lockdown for helping to create ‘restriction proof’ events.

The event solutions company specialises in virtual, hybrid and in-person events, which allows them to quickly pivot from one form to another, helping companies adjust to lockdown measures without cancelling events.

All In The Loop has been a notable member of their local business community for years, having operated out of Wilmslow since 2015. However, as the world saw demand for virtual events skyrocket due to lockdown restrictions, the company was soon inundated with national and global interest.

From medical conferences to defence exhibitions, the experts at All In The Loop have supported a myriad of events, each one requiring unique, tailored solutions. Now, the company has thousands of clients across 45 countries.

All In The Loop partly attributes its success to its depth of knowledge and experience. Having been heavily involved in virtual and hybrid events even before the pandemic, All In The Loop was ideally positioned to meet demand.

All In The Loop’s director of operations, Lawrence Gillward, said: “It is encouraging that so many individuals and businesses around the world now recognise the value of working with All In The Loop.

“Our potential to pivot events from in person to virtual or hybrid offers customers peace of mind, as well as the freedom to construct their perfect event with sponsorship and networking options.”

All In The Loop’s mobile event apps and web platforms can be customised with networking features like meeting scheduling tools, a messaging hub, twitter style social wall and even attendee matchmaking, which resembles Tinder but for business connections.

Likewise, the company’s apps and web platforms lend themselves naturally to sponsorship, as they can be used to collect valuable analytics. These justify value to sponsors and can be sold on by organisers to increase profit.

So-called ‘pivot potential’, where a company is able to quickly and effectively transition between in-person, hybrid and virtual events, has also become a particularly valuable trait for All In The Loop. This is partly due to the company’s experience producing in-person mobile event apps, as most features and information on these apps can be directly lifted and placed into a virtual web platform.

Mr. Gillward continued: “Our dedicated mobile event apps, integrated web platforms and stellar event management services give organisers a wealth of options for all events, whilst keeping them restriction proof.”
