Robiquity new appointments thanks to big business wins across Manchester and London

Intelligent automation (IA) service provider, Robiquity, has announced several new hires on the back of rapid growth across the business in 2021.

The IA provider, which launched six years ago, has increased its headcount to 90 globally following a 120% growth in turnover in 2021 with significant growth also anticipated in 2022.

Lee Egerton has joined the business as Global Head of Financial Services, bringing deep sector experience from a career delivering Operational improvements to national and regional FS clients with KPMG and EY.

Lee’s appointment follows Fawaz Hassan who joins the business as an experienced Automation consultant who takes the role of Microsoft Power Platform Practice Lead with the aim of capitalising on Microsoft’s entry into the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) market.

Global brands including telecoms giant Virgin Media O2, global travel business WebBeds, Orbit Housing Group, retail heavyweight B&M, Schroders Personal Wealth and Wesleyan Bank all joined the Robiquity client roster in 2021 adding to the strong client base already in place.

Tom Davies, CEO of Robiquity said: “We are seeing a real shift in the use of Automation from basic cost efficiency to becoming a real enabler of growth, productivity, customer service improvements and employee satisfaction. Our clients are growing faster with streamlined, automated processes that release their people from mundane tasks.

“Our success in the financial services, retail and telco sectors has allowed us to take real examples of hard benefits delivered to customers and use those to build repeatable propositions which can be scaled across our target markets. We are looking forward to the year ahead as we continue with our ambitious plans for continued expansion in the UK and globally.”

Headquartered in Manchester, Robiquity launched in 2016 and has since gone from strength to strength, with a presence in Canada, North America, Dubai, London, and Egypt.

As a ’pureplay’ Automation business, Robiquity prides itself on strong partnerships with the leading technology platform vendors in this market, achieving gold standard accreditation with MSFT, UiPath and BluePrism.

Current clients include AO.com, Pets at Home, Swinton, Land Rover, Opus Energy and Finastra.

Robiquity works across several sectors including retail, financial services, telco and manufacturing delivering robotic process automatic (RPA) to assist organisations with their customer service, support on rapid growth and boosting efficiency in the workplace.
