BEYOND LAW GROUP ENHANCES CONSUMER OFFERING WITH SPECIALIST CONVEYANCING PRACTICE

Leading North-West law firm, Beyond Law Group, has established a specialist conveyancing practice, Beyond Conveyancing, to provide a top end quality conveyancing service for clients. In a market dominated by volume conveyancers and call centres, Beyond Conveyancing will provide a very different service for its clients, avoiding the inefficiencies and weaknesses of other residential conveyancing providers.

Beyond Law Group’s launch of Beyond Conveyancing is in response to growing demand in the Cheshire and South Manchester market for a high-quality service that is personal and tailored to each client’s transaction and individual requirements. Poor customer service and lack of communication is the most common complaint for most law firms, and this shapes the vision for the conveyancing practice. The practice also compliments its existing consumer facing and leading practice, McAlister Family Law.

Beyond Conveyancing, which is headed by former JMW partner Sarah Edwards, is the Group’s third independent business following Beyond Corporate and McAlister Family Law. The specialist conveyancing practice was established during the pandemic, and the Group has invested a significant amount into developing new and quicker technology processes, people and support.

Despite being established in the midst of the pandemic, Beyond Conveyancing has already achieved its CQS and Lexcel accreditation, and has this month been shortlisted for “Boutique Conveyancing Firm of the Year” at the British Conveyancing Awards.

The practice has already built extremely strong relationships with estate agents across Cheshire and South Manchester and is now seen as the go-to residential conveyancing firm in the area. Melanie Eastwood, Director at Sell Well Estate Agents in Worsley, commented: “We have been so impressed with the working relationship we have built with Beyond Conveyancing. Its processes and systems seem smoother and quicker which makes life easier, not just for us as Estate Agents, but also for all parties involved. The team’s regular communication and updates are extremely appreciated by our full team. It’s great to work with such an efficient business.”

Sarah Edwards, Partner and Head of Beyond Conveyancing, comments: “Beyond Conveyancing has a unique approach in that our clients are at the forefront of everything we do; we use cutting-edge technology, which creates considerable efficiencies for our clients, but most of all it is the high quality, specialist service that is at our very core.

The Cheshire and South Manchester market have been calling out for a high quality, specialist conveyancing practice for a long time and our business model meets this demand perfectly. We recognise and appreciate the distinct circumstances and needs of our clients and adapt the way we work to suit each and every client.”

Matt Fleetwood, Founder and Chief Executive of Beyond Law Group, comments: “In just one year of trading, Beyond Conveyancing has achieved what most law practices achieve in five years, testament to the hard work and dedication of the team.

Whilst there are numerous conveyancing firms, we see a market opportunity given the lack of service driven cultures in this space, and the move to establish the specialist practice has been complimentary to our strategy to grow our consumer offering following the success of McAlister Family Law, as well as continuing to invest in the growth of our commercial offering, Beyond Corporate.

I’m immensely proud of how far Beyond Conveyancing has come in such a short timeframe and am looking forward to seeing the team build on this success in 2022 and beyond.”
