Staffordshire Based Strategi Solutions turns 7

Founded in 2015, over the past 7-years Strategi Solutions has made leaps of progress to be the organisation it is today.

A strong team of 19 with an ever-growing client base, despite the challenges of the pandemic, the organisations determination and resilience to power on and continue being the go-to for marketing, creative and people services in Staffordshire and the surrounding areas remains stronger than ever.

This past year has delivered a plethora of exciting new opportunities for the business, with the addition of four new team members. Rachell Hipkiss joined as Business Development Director, with nearly 30 years’ experience in Strategy and Business Development, she’s already bringing fantastic ideas and clients right off the bat. Graduate Emily Morley joined as People Services Consultant, joining the people team after they were awarded ‘HR & Marketing Consultancy of the Year’ at the Midlands Enterprise Awards . Recently hiring two new Apprentices with the aim of growing the business further and supporting the youth of today in and around Staffordshire, Olivia Potts joins as PR and Content Apprentice, working closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to service a growing number of clients, whilst Jordan Houghton, Design Apprentice, has found his home with the creative team, adding his own flair for animation to the studio.

Not only has the organisation expanded its team, but it’s also had a year of huge business wins, some of which include Stoke-On-Trent college, national storage and logistics company Ice Co Storage and Logistics, continued work with City Learning Trust, EV Cargo and a growing number of small, local organisations like Platts Menswear, Valentine Clays, and Gluggle Jug too.

Strategi continues to invest in its people too, with development opportunities through the ‘StratStars’ initiative, a scheme devised to succession plan for the future of the business giving opportunities to their young people.

Similarly, the team are working together on an office refresh, making the space more attractive and functional than ever before. In the same breath, the team are focused on streamlining their offering and working more closely than before to focus on what they set out to do at the beginning of their business – enable change in organisations to support them in being more successful.

Strategi continues to demonstrate its commitment to using their skills to better the local community that they operate in, recently committing to support new local charity Symmetrical North Staffs. With MD, Rob, taking part in the Atlantic Coast Challenge raising over £2,300 for the cause. The team have also developed a new brand identity, website and are now offering marketing support to the organisation to help them in their endeavours.

Strategi Solutions remains focused on its continued growth and success. From hiring within the local community, nurturing talent, refining its offering, and delivering continued great service, the team remain confident in their offering, true people-people passionate about seeing their clients succeed.

Rob Fisher, Managing Director at Strategi Solutions added, “It feels like yesterday that I joined Strategi and it’s hard to believe that it was 7 years ago. In the last year, we have seen a return to the office after the pandemic and it is fantastic to have the team back together as we enter our next phase of growth.
