20 Stories launches brunch high above Manchester

Manchester’s highest restaurant and bar, 20 Stories, has launched brunch in the sky and invites guests to watch the city wake up from the 19th floor of No.1 Spinningfields.

Available Friday – Sunday between 11am and 3pm guests will be able to enjoy 20 Stories specially curated brunch menu or choose favourites from their seasonal A La Carte menu and start the day as they mean to go on.

New dishes from the brunch menu include a selection of classic egg favourites with a twist such as Wild Mushroom Benedict (sauteed wild mushrooms, poached eggs and Welsh rarebit on potato and rosemary sourdough) or Citrus Salmon Benedict (citrus cured salmon, poached eggs and kombu hollandaise on potato and rosemary sourdough). Those with a sweet tooth will be able to indulge in freshly made Banana Bread French Toast with caramelised pecans, whipped vanilla Chantilly, spiced maple syrup and brown butter ice-cream or Japanese Souffle Pancakes, with matcha green tea ganache, vanilla tuille and bramble jam.

20 Stories have also extended their opening hours throughout Summer to make the most of the stunning weather and the lighter evenings with their terrace providing panoramic views of Manchester.

The bar and restaurant will now be open from 11am every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, making 20 Stories the perfect weekend destination.
