20 Stories to host an end of Summer dinner high above Manchester in partnership with Nyetimber

The 20 Stories restaurant and bar team invite guests to bid farewell to the warm months with an end of Summer dining experience high above Manchester.

Celebrating the finest British produce with this exclusive event, the 20 Stories team invite guests to ignite their passion for both ingredients and wine while taking in the ever-expanding Manchester skyline.

The one-off event will also include a warm welcome into 20 Stories’ breathtaking private dining room where guests will enjoy their first drink of the evening, followed by an immersive experience with a Nyetimber ambassador and a flavour pairing explanation from the 20 Stories team exploring the relationship between both the food and wine.

The first serving of the evening will be a Hand Dove Scallop, Oyster and Caviar paired with Blanc de Blancs 2014, followed by a second course of Kelp Cured Cod, Jerusalem Artichoke, Sorrel & Apple paired with Classic Cuvee. Moving into the third course of the evening, guests are treated to Pan Roasted Pheasant, Sweetcorn, King Oyster, BBQ Peach with Lovage accompanied with a Nyetimber Rose. The fourth and final serving is an Elderberry & Bramble Eton Mess matched with Cuvee Chérie to finish off the evening.
