“The entries have exceeded all of my expectations for our first ever business awards dinner and I’m thrilled, not only with the amount of entries but the diversity of businesses and individuals. We have over 60 finalists now which were independently chosen by our judges and the voting system has now gone online today, which can be found on our website. All winners will be announced on the evening.

Explains Joanna Scott-Aspray CEO of The Cheshire Club.

“Once the winners of each category are announced, they will automatically be finalists for the Overall Excellence Award which will go to vote by all of our guest judges on the evening to potentially win £10k which has been donated by our sponsors, Pace Investments. It’s such a generous donation and I’m so very grateful for this support and generosity.

“The excitement is extremely high and no one will know until the very last moment who has won the big cash prize. I wanted to create an event that is uplifting, exciting and predominately small businesses supporting small businesses with the connections element in mind and of course the monetary prize is the icing on the cake.

“The event is being sponsored by Pace Investments as a supporting sponsor who have offered the amazing prize of a £10,000 cash sum to the overall winner.  There is still the opportunity to become a headline sponsor of this exciting event”.

For more information about the event and the vote for the awards visit the website here www.cheshiresocialites.co.uk/creme-de-la-creme

The winners will be announced at a glorious dinner on 18th November in The Tilden Suite at Shrigley Hall, which is open to both public and non-members alike. Table available to book now but limited availability.

Host for the awards this year is Darren Proctor from Happy Radio.

Judges include amazing entrepreneurs Thomas G Hurst from Rockstar Spirits (who was on Dragon’s Den), Real Housewives of Cheshire and business owner Lauren Simon and author Kerry Daynes from TV’s Faking it.

The event will fundraise for Variety, the Children’s Charity (https://www.variety.org.uk/) on the evening helping provide practical help that makes an immediate difference to disabled and disadvantaged children and young people.

Award sponsorships are still available please contact for more information. Stalls are also available or for further involvement contact www.cheshiresocialites.co.uk/creme-de-la-creme
