GED MASON OBE AND MARK BOLER OPEN FIRST NEW MBOSS VENUE [ONE] LONDON RD, ALDERLEY EDGE THE NEW BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP CLUB OPERATED BY MBOSS – MASON BOLER OFFICE & SOCIAL SPACE

Owned and operated by two local and prominent businessmen Ged Mason OBE and Mark Boler, [ONE] LONDON RD in Alderley Edge, Cheshire has opened its doors to business owners in Cheshire

Combining 60 years hospitality, property and regional experience, Ged and Mark have identified an opportunity to create a hospitality forward thinking company that blends business and community with the creation of a new company MBOSS – Mason Boler Office & Social Space, with a clear vision to operate and excel in the space for intimate business membership and world class social spaces that celebrate the community in which they operate in.

MBOSS is underpinned by a brand ethos of personalised service at every customer touchpoint, with quality at the core of every interface. Vibrant spaces, exceptional fit out and importantly a community spirit culture found within the spaces but also by being at the heart of each local community, these are the values that will bring to life the MBOSS way.

[ONE] LONDON RD, is the first development by MBOSS, closely followed by a site in Knutsford, Cheshire in 2023, with further acquisitions being looked at.

[ONE] LONDON RD formerly the iconic Royal Bank of Scotland building located at the elevated entrance to the village. The aptly named business is set to become a hub of professional activity as hybrid working becomes a permanent part of the new normal.

Working with award winning Cheshire Architects & Designers Mather & Co, MBOSS have breathed new life into [ONE] LONDON RD, now repurposed as a high-level business membership and co-working environment, exceptionally styled with 75 workstations, meeting spaces and a social café.

Exclusive features over the four floors include interiors flooded with natural light with a double height atrium greeting customers on arrival, floor to ceiling windows, a roof terrace with panoramic views, gymnasium, large projection screens, charging stations throughout the collaborative workspaces, showers, secure lockers for personal storage, EV charging points and full digital integration throughout with secure 1GB wi-fi and data points for direct access for electronic devices.

Ideal for homeworkers looking for a change of scenery, those in need of a temporary base when visiting from anywhere in the country, or professionals wanting to arrange important client meetings, [ONE] LONDON RD is an adaptable space within a close-knit community, with the added benefits of proximity to Manchester city centre and a direct train service to London.

Mark Boler says ‘As the country continues to see signs of recovery from the pandemic and hybrid working becomes the new normal, Ged and I recognised the opportunity to create a co working environment that provides all the benefits that the hybrid and nomadic businessperson demands these days. It was important to us right from the off, that we wanted to create an environment that was forward thinking and provided everything that the professionals of today and importantly professionals of the future need, as well as those touches that they don’t yet know they need!’

Historical legacy of artwork has been sourced which catalogues the history of the building and village as well as the commissioning of bespoke artwork with Cheshire artist Stef Woof instructed to bring to life the club as a key part of the community.

At [ONE] LONDON RD, members and customers can expect hot desks, co-working spaces, great coffee, exceptional and tailored service, meeting spaces (including an executive boardroom) and social areas, all set within an interior that will inspire and help them to thrive. The appointment of a member and customer focused General Manager has been filled by Cheshire based Pam Graves who has enjoyed former roles as Hotel General Manager throughout the Northwest and more recently General Manager of the award-winning Birchwood Park business park in Warrington. Pam prides herself on anticipatory hospitality and world class service.

Flexible memberships are available with a choice of one, three or five day per week, day passes are available too for those looking for a temporary office.
