Centre of Excellence Partners with Reach PLC to Offer Readers A Free Mindfulness Course as Anxiety Levels Rise

Global eLearning business, Centre of Excellence, has established a partnership with Reach PLC to provide every reader with the chance to master the art of mindfulness and meditation, with a free Mindfulness Diploma course worth £147.

The national giveaway, this Sunday October 16th, comes as pressures mount from the rising cost of living, with the Cheshire headquartered business keen to support individuals struggling to manage feelings of stress and anxiety.

The offer will run across four of Reach PLC’s national titles – the Sunday Express, Sunday Mirror, Sunday Mail and Sunday People, and feature in print and online.

Readers taking advantage of the offer will have the opportunity to learn how mindfulness techniques can help with managing stress and anxiety during a 10-module course, which offers practical advice for calming runaway thoughts and letting go of negative experiences.

The course, which is registered with the Complementary Medical Association (CMA), also provides guidance on how to bring mindfulness into daily life.

Speaking on the partnership, Founder and CEO of Centre of Excellence, Sara Jones said: “As a business we were fortunate to weather the pandemic well, as individuals worldwide turned online and invested in new hobbies and careers.

“It has always been important to us to give back and it feels like there is no better time.  We’re pleased to be able to partner with Reach PLC and to invest in individuals looking to invest in themselves.  Whilst we can’t unfortunately manage the challenges we are all facing at this time I hope that with complimentary access to our Mindfulness Diploma course we can help people better manage their worries.”

Practicing mindfulness has been proven to have a powerful impact on general wellbeing and the accredited diploma course from Centre of Excellence will suit anyone who regularly feels overwhelmed as well as those looking to discover the benefits of learning to live in the present moment.

Learners can complete all courses in their own timeframe and study can be conducted from anywhere through the business’s app, which brings knowledge straight to the palm of your hand.

The Mindfulness Diploma is just one of thousands of courses available at Centre of Excellence, which offers courses across a wide range of subjects from health and wellbeing to hobbies, arts and crafts and languages.  The business also provides a wide number of corporate wellness courses for those looking to improve wellbeing in the workplace.
