Tailored to accommodate for a variety of business needs, CitySuites Aparthotels offer 5 versatile event spaces, a range of catering options and luxury accommodation in a prestigious Manchester city centre location.
Located just off Deansgate in the exclusive Embankment West neighbourhood, CitySuites is comprised of two high-end aparthotels positioned adjacent from one another. Ideally situated for businesses looking to host premium corporate events and meetings, CitySuites is just a stone’s throw from Manchester Victoria station, Manchester Piccadilly and excellent transport links to Manchester Airport.
CitySuites have applied the same 5-star approach to leisure stays and accommodation to their bespoke events packages. In true CitySuites style, event guests are encouraged to make themselves at home – a task made easy by the exquisite facilities and services available.
Ideal for business meetings, team bonding, networking events, and much more, CitySuites offers five unique spaces. Motivated by the aparthotel’s ethos that ‘‘it’s the small touches that make a big difference’, attention to detail has not gone amiss. Meeting Spaces
On the ground floor of CitySuites II, the Meeting Room is a stylish modern space perfect for smaller meetings and presentations. Beautifully designed by head of interior design, Kayleigh Millington, the Meeting Room features tasteful deep blue walls warmed by a light wooden table and comfortable tan leather chairs. The space is also fully accessible. Seating up to 10 people, this chic 18 sqm boardroom space offers day delegate rates from £37 per person (minimum 6 people) or a £370 minimum spend. Room hire rates are available from £200 for a half day and from £370 for a full day.
Just upstairs, on the first floor of CitySuites II, the 10-person capacity Conference Room offers a more formal environment for meetings and conferences. Subtly designed with cool-grey tones, the Conference Room offers ultimate comfort with high-back ergonomic chairs. The Conference Room is available for a day delegate rates from £37 per person (minimum 6 people) or a £370 minimum spend. Room hire rates are available from £200 for a half day and from £370 for a full day.
Event Spaces
CitySuites I is home to Embankment Kitchen, a vibrant brasserie and bar serving deceptively simple but masterfully created dishes and drinks. Adjacent to the restaurant, is the intimate Private Dining Room. This self-contained space offers seclusion and privacy from the bustling restaurant while floor-to-ceiling windows provide a view out to the city. Adaptable to suit the demands of any event, the private dining room can also be used for meetings with a screen, HDMI cables, flipcharts, and stationery. Alternatively, the space can be used for intimate dinners and unforgettable celebrations. Seating up to 12 people for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the ambient space also features an inbuilt surround system.
The Private Dining Room is available from £200 for a half day or £395 for a full day. Evening hire is available for a minimum spend of £500.
Also located at CitySuites I is the exceptional Executive Lounge, an impressive space that is ideal for hosting a canapé reception, birthday, engagement party or networking event. Located on the first floor of CitySuites, the room provides stunning views of Manchester city centre, including the Cathedral and Greengate Square.
Catering is all taken care of by the expert team at Embankment Kitchen while an incredible inbuilt sound system ensures events are perfectly soundtracked. The space can also accommodate for live music including a CitySuites-recommended DJ and live singer and musician for an additional price. Capturing the moment is effortlessly achieved with photographer options or a playful photobooth. The room can accommodate 30 people seated and 50 people standing and is available for a minimum spend of £735.
For larger events, Embankment Kitchen itself is available for exclusive hire. The beautifully designed space is adorned with elegant blossom trees and fresh interiors. The space can accommodate for 200 people standing or 70 people seated and is available any day of the week when booked 7 days in advance.
Catering
Helping fuel your guests for your meeting, CitySuites’ offer a specially curated lunch by their onsite café, Embankment Café Co. Indulge in a wide selection of paninis, sandwiches and wraps including ample vegan and vegetarian options plus a selection of fresh cakes and pastries.
For private dining events, guests can enjoy all the seasonal delights available in Embankment Kitchen in an intimate and stylish setting. There are two private dining menus available, one priced at 2 courses for £20 or 3 for £25 and the second at 2 courses for £20 or 3 for £28. Both menus offer EK’s beautifully crafted dishes. For standing events, Embankment Kitchen also offers a delicate canape menu.All are catered for with a selection of delicious vegetarian and vegan options.
Additional catering is provided on request such as fruit platters, full English breakfasts, tapas tasting and out of hours catering.
Accommodation
Guests are welcome to make themselves at home in one of CitySuites 375 apartments. Split across two skyscraper buildings, rooms boast beautiful views across Manchester. Flexible group accommodation is also available in the larger two-bedroom apartments plus extended stays are welcome for business guests visiting the city for some period.
