East Cheshire’s New Luxury Spa Launches Winter Packages for Its First Ever Christmas
Following a 12-month redevelopment, The Spa at Manor House, part of the independent family-owned Manor House hotel in Alsager, East Cheshire, is celebrating its new Spa’s first ever Christmas, with the launch of some irresistible festive packages.
A mixture of spa days or longer spa breaks, each package allows guests access to the new luxury heated spa garden and indoor spa facilities. The English country garden-inspired spa has plenty of quiet areas to escape the Christmas rush, such as the Panoramic Laconium with swing seats that overlook the fields beyond, and the Summer House where guests can find the Light Relaxation Lounge and Patio. Guests can make their way through a thermal journey and visit the Salt Steam Inhalation Chamber, the Potting Shed Herbal Sauna, and for those brave enough, the icy cool Plunge Bath.
The Spa is also the first in the UK to install outdoor underfloor heating as well as provide individual heating in each instagram worthy hanging bed, making it a truly cosy place to relax in the cooler months. The spa has also just opened the elegant new Pool House which features the UK’s first Swim Up Spa Bar, where guests can enjoy festive tipples, and warming drinks around the fireside.

Twilight Spa Evening
Experience complete relaxation and indulgence under a starlit sky, with full use of the luxurious new indoor and outdoor spa facilities. Included in the package is a delicious seasonal platter filled with all this festive such as mince pies a plenty, as well as the choice of a mulled wine or hot chocolate for a true festive twist.
Festive Twilight Spa Garden Nights are 6 pm-9 from £69pp. Available on selected dates: 17th November, 24th November, 8th December, 27th December, 29th December.
Frosty Morning or Cosy Afternoon Spa
Guests can escape the Christmas rush with a 4-hour morning or afternoon slot of slow festive bliss. Whether it’s cosying up in the outdoor heated vitality pool and hydrotherapy tub or taking a moment in the lounge, guests are sure to feel the stresses of Christmas melt away. Also included in the package is a Salt Shed experience, a guided meditation in a sauna complete, with the Himalayan Salt wall, lavender cauldron and ergonomic seating whilst experiencing the respiratory benefits and deep relaxation across all senses. Guests will leave with a new lease of life and can finish of their experience with a mulled wine or Hot Chocolate and Mince Pie to celebrate in true festive style.

Festive Spa Day
For a real pre-Christmas pamper, guests are invited to enjoy the Festive Spa Day, which includes 7 hours of uninterrupted indulgence in the Indoor Spa & English Spa Garden Facilities. Guests are first greeted with a free welcome gift in their locker, where they find their robes, towel and flip flop for their day. They will then settle in with an arrival drink of either Hot Chocolate or Mulled Wine, before cosying up in the warming thermal experiences.
Also included in the package is a choice of 2-Course Stables Lunch (12-2) or Festive Afternoon Tea (12-4) as well as an hour of pure bliss in the form of a 60 Minute tRiBe517 or TEMPLESPA treatment of choice. To ensure the blissful post treatment feeling lingers, guests are also allocated a 1-hour private slot in the Relax Lounge, the ideal space for reading, quiet contemplation or to simply soak in the panoramic views of the countryside beyond.

Winter Spa Garden Breaks
For guests looking to really escape and enjoy a night away, the Winter Spa Garden Break includes a one night overnight stay in the Manor House Hotels comfortable rooms. Guests can enjoy a full English breakfast the next day, and a 4 hour slot in the spa in either the morning or afternoon. Guests are greeted with a glass of Fizz, and a welcome gift on arrival and also receive exclusive use of the Salt shed meditation experience. If guests want to upgrade and truly spoil themselves, they can upgrade to include full day spa experience, a luxury treatment and sumptuous dinner.
