Manchester based property consultants, OBI have advised financial advisory tech firm OpenMoney and technology firm Orka to relocate into Manchester’s redeveloped ABC Building.
OpenMoney have taken 2,350 sq ft of CAT A space on Level 3 and Orka have taken 4,200 sq ft of space on Level 6 and Level 6M which have been linked together to form a duplex with private roof garden.
The ABC buildings located on Quay Street, on the edge of Manchester’s technology, media and creative district, Enterprise City, offers a friendly, creative office which is also on the cusp of the Spinningfields neighbourhood. Surrounding amenities include Barry’s Bootcamp, Everyman Cinema, The Ivy, 20 Stories and a number of transport links.
