Carden Park Hotel Launches its First Carden Gin

Chester’s award-winning Carden Park Hotel is proud to launch its brand new Carden Gin. The gins uses ingredients from the estate, including vine flowers handpicked from the vineyard and is distilled in Cheshire as part of a new partnership with Three Wrens Gin.

When developing the perfect formulation of flavourings, Carden Park aimed to create a gin which was both fresh and smooth and could be enjoyed throughout the Carden experience, whether that be relaxing in the award winning spa garden, cosying up in front of the open fire in Morgan’s Bar or enjoying fine dining in The Vines. The unique blend of ingredients includes a mix of rich tuscan juniper, bergamont peel and vine flowers to create a well-balanced flavour and distinctive aroma. The result is an elegant and aromatic spirit, with bursts of fresh citrus, a luscious mouthfeel, and a long finish.

To celebrate the launch of Carden Gin, the hotel, along with its in-house sommelier, Patryk Kapelinski has created a bespoke cocktail. Blending homemade grape syrup and lime juice with Carden Gin and topped with Carden Brut foam and edible flowers, the new addition to the cocktail menu is fresh and sophisticated, representing the hotel perfectly.

The Carden Gin is available to buy from the hotel and is the perfect gifting option for the festive season.
