REDROW HELPS CHESTER RESIDENTS WELCOME IN CHRISTMAS

RESIDENTS in Chester kicked off the festive season with a visit from Father Christmas.

The event, held at Redrow’s King’s Moat Garden Village on Wrexham Road, was organised by the team at Redrow and the King’s Moat Garden Village Residents Group.

Sarah Weaver, marketing manager at Redrow NW, said: “We had planned to hold one of our celebratory Christmas events in Chester when the residents group approached us and asked if they could join in with the fun.

“We worked together with the group and organised a Father Christmas and a musician to visit and offered hot chocolate, mince pies and wine to guests. It was a great event and was really well attended.

“We all worked well together as a team and have already discussed plans for another joint event next year.”

Nikki Bailey, spokesperson for the King’s Moat Garden Village Residents Group, said: “I would like to thank the team at Redrow for all their planning and preparation for this event, it went really well.  Everywhere looked fabulous, very festive and atmospheric!

“Everything was planned and ready ahead of time and all the Redrow staff were on board and hands-on to make sure the event went smoothly. There was a lovely atmosphere and a very positive feel to the whole day.”

King’s Moat Garden Village is made up of a wide selection of three and four-bedroom properties. The garden village sits close to the Cheshire countryside and its proximity to the North West rail and motorway network gives it good access to Manchester, Liverpool and beyond, making it hugely appealing to commuters. Current prices range from £387,995 and £661,995.

Garden villages are becoming increasingly popular, offering customers a community within a community with play areas and green spaces for residents and the wider neighbourhood to enjoy.
