The Vines, Carden Park Hotel’s new restaurant, is now available for private fine dining events

The restaurant opened in 2021 and is headed by Graham Tinsley MBE

The award-winning and privately owned Carden Park Hotel in Cheshire is delighted to announce its newest restaurant ‘The Vines’ is now available to hire for private functions. An intimate space with the ability to accommodate from 30 to 50 guests, it is an exemplary venue for bespoke fine dining for private events and group experiences.

As part of the new package, guests can personally cultivate a menu tailored to the event alongside ‘The Vines’ Executive Chef Graham Tinsley MBE – a former Royal Chef, and his exceptionally talented team. In a collaborative process, the team will work with guests to create their dream menu, considering personal taste, local produce, dietary requirements, and seasonal delights, whether it’s a classically formulated delicious three-course à la carte menu or an array of dishes through a tailor-made tasting menu. All dishes are catered to the highest standards and promise to awaken the taste buds to new flavour combinations, leaving an unforgettable memory for guests.

The luxury dining experience is enhanced with fine wine and exquisite beverages and includes an arrival cocktail in Goldies Lounge, a stunning space ideal as a reception area for guests located opposite The Vines. There is also an option to collaborate with Carden Park’s experienced in-house sommelier, who can create an incredible wine list to complement the bespoke dishes or cocktails.

Whatever the occasion to celebrate; impressive corporate hosting, reward and recognition, or memorable birthdays to name just a few, The Vines private fine dining experience is a special way to enjoy a celebration with exceptional food and drink.

Following a £250,000 investment, Carden Park was proud to officially open its new fine dining restaurant, ‘The Vines’, in summer 2021. Inspired by the on-site Vineyard at Carden Park, The Vines brings elegant, contemporary dining to Cheshire’s 1000-acre luxury resort, further positioning Carden Park Hotel as the leading resort destination in the North of England. ‘The Vines’ was awarded two rosettes, which are given to excellent restaurants that aim for and achieve high standards and consistency. The precision is apparent in the cooking, with obvious attention to the selection of quality ingredients.

Prices for private dining experience in The Vines begin at an introductory rate of £3,500 (based on the minimum guest number of 30 people)
