Stafford Land Rover appoints new Aftersales Manager

  • Mike Day joins Swansway-owned Stafford Land Rover as Aftersales Manager.
  • Mike began his career in the automotive career as an Apprentice Technician.

Swansway Motor Group are delighted to announce the appointment of Mike Day, who has joined their Stafford Land Rover retailer as Aftersales Manager.

Mike started his career in the motor industry as an apprentice and over the years has worked his way up the ranks, to now join Stafford Land Rover as Aftersales Manager.

Inspired by his Dad, who also forged a career in the motor industry, at one time working as a Service Manager at a Land Rover dealership, Mike began his career as an Apprentice Technician. Since then he has worked as a Warrant Administrator, Workshop Controller and Service Manager.

Looking to take the next step in his career, Mike saw the vacancy of Aftersales Manager as the perfect opportunity to do so. Mike had also been working outside of the Land Rover network for 18 months and was eager to make his way back in, as he knows the brand so well.

Mike commented;
“I feel like I’ve been here much longer than I have, I’ve settled in well and the team have been so welcoming and receptive to my ideas, we’ve already been able to implement changes. I’m looking forward to levelling up our customer service, ensuring that the customers have the best experience possible.”
