Virtue Bespoke Lodges builds future growth

A six figure funding boost has helped Virtue Bespoke Lodges locate to new premises in Warrington and focus on future growth.

The Warrington-based manufacturer of bespoke designed lodges has received investment from NPIF – FW Capital Debt Finance, which is managed by FW Capital and part of the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund (NPIF). This has supported their move and fit out of a new 18,600 sq. ft warehouse situated on Howley Industrial Park in Warrington. It is also assisting plans to create new jobs and providing working capital to back new project wins.

Virtue Bespoke Lodges was launched in 2022 by Steve Mattocks and Rob Cook to manufacturer and design bespoke lodges for holiday parks. It gives holiday park owners the opportunity to offer future clients a lodge that perfectly meets their brief and requirements.  All lodges can also be designed to incorporate innovative sustainable technologies to reduce or eradicate energy costs. Steve and Rob both have extensive experience in the high-end construction industry. With over 45 years combined experience, both have worked previously for larger interior fit out companies including Oktra. Steve is also a qualified chartered surveyor and has also worked for Overbury and McGoff & Byrne.

FW Capital provides loans of £100,000 to £750,000 to businesses based in the NPIF region with a focus on the North West, Cumbria and Tees Valley.

The Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund project is supported financially by the European Union using funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020 and the European Investment Bank.
