Over a thousand students will experience an integral rite of passage across three of the largest graduation ceremonies the University of Chester has ever held.
The next generation of talent from the fields of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Health, Medicine and Society, and Science, Business and Enterprise, will celebrate their achievements in the historic and majestic surroundings of Chester Cathedral on Friday, March 17th.
Graduation is one of the highlights of the University’s year and Vice-Chancellor, Professor Eunice Simmons is looking forward to joining this record-breaking number of graduands and applauding their success.
She said: “These students have demonstrated extraordinary resilience during what has been one of the most challenging periods in most of our lifetimes, and we are delighted to be able to give them the occasion that they deserve and to acknowledge all that they have accomplished.
“I would like to thank our citizen students for their individual contribution to the University and to the wider community in which they have lived, studied, and worked. I hope that they enjoy their special day and wish them every success for the future.”
