Holgates’ Beetham Holiday Park Embarks on Exciting New Chapter with the Completion of Phase One Development

Holgates Beetham Holiday Park, a picturesque retreat nestled in the heart of Cumbria, is excited to unveil the completion of the first phase of its anticipated new holiday home development. This significant step marks the inception of a reinvigorated era for the park under the experienced helm of the family-run Holgates, which took ownership in June 2022.

A New Horizon for Beetham

Since the acquisition, the familiar faces of the existing team, complemented by fresh additions, have been fervently working to uphold the park’s renowned natural splendour and exemplary standards, aligning seamlessly with the values upheld across all Holgates’ properties.

Michael Holgate, the managing director and owner, radiated optimism and excitement as he discussed the strides made in the park’s development. “It is a very exciting time for Beetham. Following the acquisition last year, making it the tenth holiday park in our group, we’re delighted to be welcoming the first owners onto our new development plots facing the meadow walk. What makes this even more special is that the planning permission for the development was in place prior to the park joining our group, so the development has been a long time in the making.” said Holgate.

Gateway to Nature’s Splendour

Promising prospective holiday homeowners an oasis of calm and spectacular vistas, Holgates Beetham Holiday Park opens the gates to 20 pristine holiday home plots, offering an unparalleled opportunity to immerse oneself in the bewitching beauty of the Cumbrian countryside throughout a 12-month holiday season.

In a significant milestone, two fortunate homeowners have already embarked on their journey of creating lasting memories amidst the park’s lush environs, paving the way for more families to forge treasured experiences in the lap of nature.

Situated within the picturesque precincts of Beetham, encapsulated by the stunning landscapes of Silverdale and Arnside AONB, the development presents a unique opportunity to join a vibrant holiday community that celebrates nature and the joys of breaking away from the humdrum of daily life.

A Beacon of Tranquillity and Beauty

As it charts a course towards further growth and evolution, Holgates Beetham Holiday Park reaffirms its steadfast commitment to fostering a sanctuary that intertwines unparalleled tranquillity and captivating natural beauty. The unveiling of the initial four plots heralds an exhilarating path ahead, with plans set in motion to finalise the subsequent 16 plots, encompassing a range of expansive lodge plots, by 2024.

With eyes set on the future, the park stands as a beacon of promise, beckoning travellers to carve precious moments and create a trove of cherished memories amidst its rejuvenating confines.
