Amazing speakers announced for UFEST – the ultimate Health, Happiness, and Wellbeing Festival

Amazing speakers have been announced for UFEST – the ultimate health, happiness and wellness festival in Hale.
The event presented by The Cheshire Club and sponsored by Sinclair Law Solicitors and Silk FM Radio, is offering some incredible guests, including Kerry Daynes, renowned TV star of Faking it and best-selling author, along with other esteemed experts like Lucy Hart, Pam Shanker, and Ruth Tansey, covering topics from toxicity, coaching and gut health.
Other speakers include Sarah Stephens talking about travel, legacy and life after child loss, Nicola Fulstow, Stylist talking fashion, Menopause Expert, Dr Bev Matta, and Alison Blackler from 2Minds.
At the heart of UFEST ™- held at Stock Farm Barn, Ashley Road in Hale – is Joanna Scott-Aspray (pictured), the visionary CEO of The Cheshire Club.
With more than three decades of event-hosting expertise, Joanna’s mission is clear: to foster connections, promote self-love, and inspire personal growth within a vibrant community of like-minded individuals. Joanna is also a mentor to small businesses, helping with connections and fostering collaborations through her expertise and contacts and the founder of Cheshire’s Crème de la Crème Business Awards.
Joanna’s vision for UFEST ™ is to inspire and educate creating a sense of community among diverse experts and businesses in one space. Believing that putting ourselves first and promoting self love helps us look after all aspects of our lives.
Joanna said: “At UFEST ™, we’re all about celebrating the things that contribute to your overall health, wellbeing, self-care and mental health. It’s not just an event, it’s a movement to promote self care, good health and raise awareness about mental health support. In fact, we will be donating a fee to BEEU Mental Health Charity, helping them continue their invaluable work. In these times, mental health awareness matters more than ever, and together, we can make a difference and taking care of our mental well-being is paramount’.
“You will also be able to register at the event on arrival for our amazing workshops; these will run throughout the whole event and you can just turn up for our speakers.”
Other speakers due to take to the stage are Podcaster and Hormone Mindset Coach, Laura Teare-Jones, Kate Harrison The Soulful Stylist talking about Colouring our World, Mental Health Fitness Mentor, Nicola Parker and Anne Archer a Holistic Health Medicine Practitioner, presenting an array of knowledge in one space throughout the day. They will deliver various free workshops highlighting menopause and hormones, relationships, ADHD, storytelling and psychology to name a few with an opportunity for a break out area for Q&A.
Attendees can bring their furry friends along too as there’s a doggy corner and a kids area with games to keep the whole family entertained too.
VIP ticket holders can enjoy exclusive perks like a comfy VIP lounge, private bathroom, mini pamper sessions and boxed afternoon tea.
General entry tickets include entry to the daytime and evening events and FREE parking.
