Wilmslow gym offers free December membership with Black Friday Deal

FITISM, an established small-group and one-to-one personal training gym in Wilmslow, has announced its 2024 Black Friday deal – and it’s not to be missed for anyone wanting to jumpstart their 2025 fitness journey.

For a limited time, new members who sign up to begin FITISM’s transformative 6-week challenge starting January 2025 will enjoy FREE training throughout December 2024.

The gym, based on Kings Road adjacent to Wilmslow Rugby Club, has also launched new HYROX training that caters for all levels – whether you’re signed up to compete or just want to focus on this style of training.

The FITISM experience is built around a highly personalised approach to fitness, featuring small-group and one-to-one personal training, expert coaching, nutritional support and a welcoming and inclusive community that fosters motivation and accountability.

Its acclaimed 6-week Challenge programme has delivered some astounding results, from fat-loss to increasing lean muscle tissue. The new programme for 2025 promises to deliver even greater benefits – and includes up to seven fitness sessions per week delivered by FITISM personal trainers, tailored nutrition plans, medical grade body scanning with ongoing progress measurement and a one-to-one accountability coach to keep you on track. Previous challengers have lost between six and 13 KG by completing the programme, all in six weeks; the average weight loss is 5.1KG and 3.8% body fat.

“Whether you’re looking to enhance your fitness, regain motivation, or simply try something new, our 6-week challenge programme offer is the perfect opportunity to make a change without the typical end-of-year waiting game,” says Ali Crawford, director at FITISM Wilmslow.

“We know how challenging it can be to get started, especially after Christmas. That’s why we’ve created this offer to train for free in December, giving our new members a head start before kicking off their 6-week challenge in January.

“For existing members and anyone who’s interested in taking part in the hugely popular HYROX competitions nationwide, we’ve also now become a HYROX affiliate. These new HYROX style training sessions combine elements of CrossFit, running and functional strength and are run by our highly experienced team who’ve competed at previous events. The HYROX sessions can be enjoyed as part of a membership package or people can just pay-as-you go.”

To sign up for either a 6-week challenge or try a complimentary HYROX session visit FITISM.co.uk or email hello@fitism.co.uk  Spaces are limited, so early registration is encouraged.
