Property and asset management company, FI Real Estate Management (FIREM), has broken ground at Winnington Business Park, a brand new development of flexible commercial space near Northwich

town centre.

The new development will comprise eight blocks spanning a 7.5-acre site, offering a variety of start-up, trade and industrial space. Units start at 807sq ft, with full blocks available in their entirety, providing larger enterprises with up to 55,260 sq ft.

FIREM is offering a bespoke fit-out service at the development with all units coming complete with dedicated  parking, roller shutter doors and EV charging points. The site is located close to Northwich town centre and Winnington Urban Village, providing easy access to the M56, M6 and M60.

Winnington Business Park is the latest development to come to market in addition to FIREM’s  already extensive industrial portfolio. The business’ assets currently comprise in excess of 14m sq ft, with 5m sq ft of new build industrial developments in the pipeline.

Detailed planning permission for Winnington Business Park was granted in December last year.  Building work will be carried out by FIREM’s construction division, FI Construction, which is delivering the company’s growing pipeline of new build projects across the UK.

A spokesperson for FI Real Estate Management commented: “Our extensive experience in industrial development has shown us that there is a huge appetite for high quality space that can be tailored to business needs while providing excellent connectivity links. We are very proud to bring to market not just a new flagship industrial development for the North West but one that will provide flexible and bespoke commercial solutions for a range of business types and sizes.”
