New wellbeing partnership for Liverpool Chamber members

A fast-expanding sport and networking organisation is teaming up with Liverpool Chamber.

The partnership with Contact Sport will give the Chamber’s 600-plus members access to health and wellbeing support, with a wide-ranging programme of events with a sports and fitness focus which also supports companies’ ESG commitments.

“This is a great partnership for us,” said Contact Sport co-founder Rosie Kenyon. “We are building relationships with organisations across the North, but a link with a major business organisation in our home city is important to us.”

Paul Cherpeau, chief executive of Liverpool Chamber said: “Workplace wellbeing is a key priority for the Chamber and our members. This new relationship with Contact Sport allows us to offer members a way to invest in their staff while finding opportunities to grow their business.

“In addition to our own employment assistant programme, provided by Medicash, we’re delighted to offer staff further health and wellbeing support.”

Members of Contact Sport will be able to access a free affiliate membership of Liverpool Chamber which carries a raft of benefits.

Contact Sport’s partners currently include Medicash and Professional Liverpool, as well as leading sporting charity, Everton in the Community.

Rosie Kenyon added: “Alongside our corporate programme, which covers team building and corporate hospitality, we’re supporting businesses and individuals through ‘feel good networking’, with activities ranging from beach cleans and beginners’ golf to yoga and climbing.

“There’s a lot of enthusiasm for the concept, and we’re well on the way to reaching our first-year membership target.”

Contact Sport membership entitles members to access online resources and in-person networking events, and receive offers and discounts from partner organisations.
