NEW DIRECTION AS CHEADLE HULME ESTATE AGENCY GOES FOR GROWTH

Cheadle Hulme’s One Stop Property Solutions has rebranded as Shrigley Rose & Co as it aims for a 50 per cent increase in turnover in its 10th anniversary year.

Coinciding with its anniversary, the independent family business established by Craig and Sally Shrigley is changing its name to better reflect its enviable niche as the estate agent to trust with the selling and buying of high value homes locally.

It has also invested more than £500,000 in the local economy with the purchase and refurbishment of its first Shrigley Rose & Co branch on Ravenoak Road in Cheadle Hulme which is in the final stages of refurbishment and due to open very soon.

Exceptional client satisfaction has driven consistent growth over the years, and Shrigley Rose & Co is now firmly established as the first choice in the premium and unique homes marketplace, providing a comprehensive range of concierge-style services including expert selling advice, property staging and photography, bespoke marketing and purchase negotiation.

After several years in planning, Craig and Sally are delighted to unveil the new brand, open their first bricks and mortar office and be putting their own name behind everything they do.

Joint founder Craig Shrigley commented: “Our business has evolved, especially over the last two to three years, and we felt that it was time that our work ‘behind the scenes’ in our family-run independent estate agency was truly reflected in our brand and the premium and unique marketplace that we excel in.  We’re delighted to become Shrigley Rose & Co, it perfectly represents the exceptional work our passionate team delivers for every one of our valued customers and we look forward to welcoming them into our first branch in Cheadle Hulme.”

Providing a first-class, concierge-style service that encompasses a client’s complete selling and buying journey, Shrigley Rose & Co will remain focussed on high value and unique homes in Cheadle Hulme, Bramhall, Wilmslow, Prestbury, Macclesfield, Alderley Edge and surrounding areas.

Joint founder Sally Shrigley added: “Our approach differs from traditional estate agents in that we take time to get to know our clients and understand their wants and needs, so that we can tailor our service and provide the best advice for them.  Using our expert in-house team of property stagers, brochure copywriters and experienced negotiators, we project manage the entire process to ensure an exceptional experience for clients, producing individual marketing materials to effectively sell their existing home while also helping them secure a new home at the right price.”

The new Shrigley Rose & Co website is now live, and the very first Shrigley Rose & Co branch will open soon at 4 Ravenoak Road in Cheadle Hulme with an experienced team of six dedicated property experts.  For further information regarding Shrigley Rose & Co please call 0161 425 7878 or visit the website at www.shrigley-rose.co.uk
