ITS relocates HQ following rapid business growth OBI acted on behalf of ITS with office acquisition

Manchester-based commercial real estate consultancy OBI has completed an office acquisition on behalf of leading wholesale full fibre provider, ITS Technology Group (ITS).

ITS has taken 7,019 sq ft of space at Cinnabar Court, located on Daresbury Park, Halton. The building was acquired by OBI for ITS as it continues to accelerate its growth plans, delivering digital infrastructure across the North West, including the Liverpool City Region, and the rest of the UK.

In addition to providing a new workspace for the business, ITS has relocated its Network Operations Centre (NOC) to the same premises. These state-of-the-art facilities actively monitor, manage, and maintain connectivity services across all of its UK-wide networks, which are on track to pass 25% (c.500k) UK business premises by the end of the year.

Richard Lace, Transactions Manager at OBI said: “Cinnabar Court is the ideal location for ITS as they look to put down more roots across the North West and rapidly expand their current offering, providing another major boost to the region’s technology sector.”

Daren Baythorpe, CEO of ITS Technology Group said: “Over the last couple of years our business has grown substantially, and we have more than doubled our team in the last twelve months. We had outgrown our office space and needed a place to call home that could also accommodate our continued expansion. OBI has helped us to find the right place for our new HQ. Cinnabar Court is well located due to the scale of our full fibre projects across the North West and our wider national rollout.“

ITS’ new HQ is located in one of Cheshire’s most accessible business parks. It is well served by air, rail, and road, and offers plenty of parking spaces including EV charging points.

James Dickinson of Canning O’Neill represented the Landlord.

OBI employs 34 people and provides advice to clients across its multi-discipline services, which include leasing and investment, office acquisitions, business relocations, interior design, project management and dilapidations. The collection of services is known as the ‘OBI Difference’.
