Your employees will be more productive and feel much more comfortable in an environment that gives them more air to breathe, so to speak. Plus, if you’re set to expand your business further, it may be a good idea to anticipate your growth and go for a larger space in advance.

If you and your employees feel crammed like sardines in your office, the time may be right to start looking for a new location. A larger office will give you and your people the space you need to keep your work area organised and tidy. You’re seeing a decrease in productivity
A noticeable decrease in the productivity of your employees may suggest it’s about time to consider relocating to a bigger office. People can’t thrive, deliver, and perform at their best if they don’t have the right environment to do so or the conditions that would support them in their efforts.
