Jayden Danns has signed a long-term contract with Liverpool following his recent breakout performances.
The 18-year-old striker was pressed into first-team duty with the likes of Mohamed Salah and Darwin Nunez injured and made a huge impression.

He made his Premier League debut against Luton in a 4-1 win and then came off the bench to help inspire an extra-time resurgence as Jurgen Klopp’s men won the EFL Cup with a 1-0 win over Chelsea at Wembley.
He scored his first goals for the club with a brace in front of the Kop as Liverpool saw off Southampton in the FA Cup fifth round.
Danns, the son of former Birmingham City, Crystal Palace and Guyana midfielder Neil, has also enjoyed a prolific season at youth level, netting 21 times for Liverpool’s Under-18 and Under-21 teams.
